yeah dood, i had the btb 2 beats goin but once i started getting a hold of the 3 beats i lost the 2's. I'm still not consistent with the 3 beats but i'm gettin there =D
A wheel-plane 5-beat weave is made up of 2-degrees of twist/untwist on each side of the weave.
If you do a wall-plane weave with 2-degrees of un/twist on each side of the weave it's a 4-beat. This is true of corkscrew, windmill, and waist-wrap type weaves as well. It is a little more complicated than that, because in some cases you can do the 5-beat by going above and below the shoulder axis, but play with this basic idea 1st.

yup..once u get 3 beat and practice that..you kinda lose ur grip on the 2 beat. But that's just @ the beginning.. you get it back
