This video really touched me. It was very hard when I lost my 12 yeae old brother to suicide. He was beat up and teased at school becasue he was gay and it was the hardest because I was very close to him and I was the one that found him dead. It is very tragic and our parents went after the school and still it seems the same stuff goes on but not as much. How many lives will it take for schools and governmet to stop these tragic things.
If I ever have more than just the ability to stop such a travesty I WILL do just that. I hope everyone understands how serious this is... Truely one of the saddest videos I've ever seen in my life. To think there is this type of pure hatred & evil in our communities is incredibly frightening & beyond comprehension. I watched this, and began to cry at all the names listed... I bet those weren't even half, and yet some people believe that the ugly beasts were doing the world a favor. Hatred like this will never end, and humans will keep on not caring. This video really touched me. It was very hard when I lost my 12 yeae old brother to suicide. He was beat up and teased at school becasue he was gay and it was the hardest because I was very close to him and I was the one that found him dead. It is very tragic and our parents went after the school and still it seems the same stuff goes on but not as much. How many lives will it take for schools and governmet to stop these tragic things.

Truely one of the saddest videos I've ever seen in my life. To think there is this type of pure hatred & evil in our communities is incredibly frightening & beyond comprehension. Unfortunately I doubt this will go away anytime soon though. No one deserves to be killed for being gay.... and this did touch me alot ...
But if you noticed most of these deaths were in the 1990's , so people have come to except the fact that there are people that are gay, not saying that the killing stopped but there is still hope...

o man, i almost cried. thats disgusting... especially how some were just teenagers.
hate crimes against gays are just as bad as hate crimes against races and religeons. it needs to be stopped. you shouldnt be punished for 1. being who u are and 2. loving someone. those arnt crimes, they dont hurt anyone. so why should they be hurt?

OMG this is very SAD how this world thinks. That's probably why I rarely leave home. It's some sick people out here.
I understand why the gay sniper was doing what he was doing, so many people lurking around, wanting to attack people for whatever reason, whether they are Black, Gay, or whatever. It's sad that people still won't stop hating and doing evil shit to people, and why we still have to fight.

people in life are so cruel to one another, it makes me sick to my stomach to think that these people were killed or had their life taken because of the way their heart felt for another and no one else understood. Hate crimes like these are unexplainable and make me realize what a messed up world we really live in

Ronnie Antonio Paris, 3 year old boy killed because his father believed him to be gay.
that made me cry faster than anything had in my life.
at age 18 I can say I have thus far lived a lucky life, of never being a victim of any homophobic hate, even such as a comment. god let these poor men women and children rest in peace.

I cant even make it past the 2 minute mark with this video. As a teen ager I was Beat up by football players and was told by the Principal of my high school that I should leave the school district. All because I am gay. I never hurt anyone and always tried to be a friend to all.

In 98 i was gay bashed in a cruisy park by a group of guys. And knocked out cold. I wonder what would have happend if fellow gay guys showed up. The bashers would have run off like the little pussies they are. We have to make them scared shitless of us so they will think twice before they try it again. We have a right to defend ourselves to the death if need be "the problem is we have been too non violent too non violent". Mayby it's time gay bashers started getting the shit beat out of them.

The fact is: homosexuality is prevalent in humanity and in nature, you can check University studies and those done by credible organizations of the scientific community. Homosexuality helps keep species from overpopulating and self-destructing, so, at the very least, it is actually normal to a point. But, prove that gays/bis/tg's can be fully functioning, innocuous members of society.

This is sad. Those people are stupid to have killed other people just because they are being who they are.
The father of that 3 year old is just downright hateful. Some people these days can just be either scared of change, or they could be heartless, hateful, immature idiots that think violence can stop every darn little, meaningless thing in the world. If people don't like homosexuals, then they should just walk away, yet respect them! And, seriously, beating a man to death for being gay? UGH.

These are the ones that were killed for being who they are. But everyday a lot of gay people are still suffering humiliation and rejection.
This need to end now as we have more knowledge of humans.
My love go to all homosexuals of the this planet. Some day we are going to look back and see how barbaric humans were.
