Ok, so I tried this with my level 5 Marksman/Hand to Hand and he only dropped a steel bow and steel and iron arrows.

This is just another case of higher level = better drops.

Dumb question: Is there a certain time that you start the shivering isles and the other expansion? Like where you have to beat the original first?

@Daemeon93 they all start anytime you are in the area of where they are activated like i think if you go to anvil you hear people or guards talking about the portal to Shivering Isles and then i forgot which city you go to start Knights of the Nine but yeah thats how you get them and no you dont need to beat the main quest line. Hope i helped :)

just like monsters, stronger weapons only begin to appear when you're a higher level. Once you're level 30 or so, virtualy ever bandit is going to be wearing near-full sets of glass and daedric armor

He dropped a daedric bow because you're lvl 22. People don't have them until lvl 20 or 21.

aargh he has an leveled bow u dumbasses. like level 1 he has iron then 5 he has steel and when u are about 15 maybe u get glass bow.daedric weapons and armor including daedric bows appear after lvl 21 so go there after u are level 21 and he has daedric bow

Deradundrum if you dont want infamy simply kill him in his sleep when no one is there if no one sees you and it's a 1 hit kill your infamy will not rise or if you wanna go phsyco you can kill every one no witnesses that way :)

Um, i know an easier way. Go to darkbrotherhood. Go into living quarters. open all of the chests ( hard/very hard ) . In one will be a deadric bow. When you take it be sure that no one is around. (it is ok to do this if somebody is sleeping)

later you will find better arrows than dadric arrows. they really are ot that good and i dont think he respawns.

@TastyPotatoX I've found arrows from the thieves den ( down load it or whatever ) They do about 5-10 regular damage and 31 fire damage... Duplicate them and use them, Really good.
