Well, this is certainly appropriate, since "The Third Man" took place in Vienna.

The film's only music was played solo on the zither, including this famous theme song. So in the movie, you never hear it with any accompanying instruments, as you do here.

The unique musical soundtrack was one reason for the film's fame and popularity.

on a special about the Australian tour a girl put red covers over the plastic chairs in the front seat, Andre was surprised and asked her who told her to do that, ,it was for the vips, Andre said "I don,t like it, take it of, they can sit as anyone else haha;-)))

It's mainly a Dutch orchestra not Austrian. They play in Vienna with a big show because that's where most of the waltz music (which they often play) is written. The orchestra is often joking or doing tricks which is the way they presenting their show which makes it more accessable and enjoyable to a greater audience.
