Maybe the TPS is malfunctioning, these cars run on a lot of boost. Not a smart idea to rev the motor when its just started.

@TheBcKush420 LED, camera can not capture it unless it has extremly fast shutter speed, like those high speed cameras for capturing fast moving objects. LED emits photons off and on too fast that it looks like constant light to human eyes, but for normal camera it can not sense those changes at the same pace as humans do, so you see it blinking. This will be the same for veyron's front lights and many other super cars

Revving it isn't really going to help.. Anyway, my guess is that it is taking air from somewhere. The idle goes up and down, witch is usually does when air is sneaking in.
