Look for a program called "Rainlendar" (The Calendar), you can enable the fading option at the program's tools... also with winamp.

And the greeb clock is a konfabulator gadget.

how did u get that flipping motion on the internet and how did u get the start bar at the top?

I just moved the start bar to the top manually....

And the flipping motion is Mozilla Firefox extension (tab effect)
