Quick and easy to learn the 3-beat if you have your thread the needle variations down and single plane (in front of you) butterfly flowers. Also useful is to be able to also go over instead of under.
@Bikerxgames540 ...actually this is the butterfly weave, but it's the 3 beat butterfly weave, and it looks WAY sicker than the butterfly weave. But they're both awesome.

Those are called Ogg Poi; they're the most widely used LED Poi in my opinion. Trustworthy, reliable, beautiful, and midweight is what they are :D You can purchase them from a site called Flowtoys. They also sell a new kind of Poi that Sean and Prisna, the owners, made themselves. They're called Flowlights. I advise you check'em out ;)
