  • Comment removed

  • yea

  • wow.. great tune.. I feel reborn again

  • I remember this coming out a cool song!!

  • I once knew this Mediterranian chick in junior college who was part of some fashion show and I recommended that when she walked down the "catwalk" (no pun intended on Right Fred Said), she should have a sample of International Bright Young Thing, played...

She did, and the song did justice for her modeling show.

"I'M ALWAYS HOME BUT I'M NEVER ALONE!"

I love that line in the song!

  • Ah now this is just right!

  • J.J.'s has been labeled indy dance. wtf lol! Oh well I like it.

  • This video should not be played to anyone who suffers from motion sickness, epilepsy or PTSD, or to anyone who is taking MAOIs, SSRIs, or espresso. :)

  • jesus jones forever!

  • JESUS JONES exelente banda , yo pele el cable el 90' con ellos , esa mescla de rock , maquinas ,samples,y con ese ritmos circular , puta a toda raja ....energetico .

  • their message has always been presence. theyve cracked the code.

  • shit whoops tried to give a thumbs up but had a few lol

  • Fantastic track - god those were days!!

  • @lougray04 I here uah Awesome memories from the early 90's

  • I know it's a bit lazy to ask...but can't there be a an old Jesus Jones video that is synced? It seems like the only reason it's not is because of the completely unnecessary title screen...This used to be my theme song at 14...

  • Was this from the first Album or 2nd, I know they made a 3rd.

  • my god im 34 is it really that long ago!!?? wicked song, memories.

  • I was in love with Mike... looking back I had good taste even then haha ;)

  • JJ still rock some 18 odd years later, loved it then, even better now!

  • great early 90's tune

  • Didn't much care 4 JJ or their songs back in the day but Christ, they're bloody good! Right Here, Right Now is a far-reaching anthem and this track just makes me wanna dance like a tit when I play it on my MP-3 as I walk down the road!

  • Same here, i love them.

  • great band-well underrated.hands up who else is only going to see the wonderstuff tonight only to see these boys?!?!

  • I went for The Wonder Stuff, I didn't know who these guys were (hey, i'm only 20!) but they were AWESOME! (and the guy on keyboard was completely insane) I'll be getting my hands on as much of their music as I can find :D

  • I went for both (Brum show) and Jesus Jones were really good. I have all their albums collected from eBay but they don't really get a regular listen, even so I was able to sing along to almost everything of theirs. And according to Wiki Mike Edwards (JJ singer) is 45, he still looks like a teenager!

  • Good song,good band.Probably underated.

  • Way underated..

  • haha...always a bit silly but I still kinda like it.

  • Quality!!!!!!!!!

  • best band and still good

  • love this song and right here, right now

  • Mike Edwards brilliant song writer, spoilt it becoming a dj

  • Fucking great band ,i saw them in the early 90's on Bizarre Festival in Giessen and ,wow they rocked. But EMF was supported by the medias, fuck the one Hit Wonders. J.J. was defnetly the higher Quality...!!!

  • That's my boys...

    XXX

    Guido

  • wow I neever ever saw this until now, some 20 years after first hearing these guys.. what a group!

  • i fucking loved jj. come back now!!!!

  • Jesus Jone will indeed by supporting the Wonder Stuff at Shepherds Bush Empire end of October. Should be gig of the year!

  • 2 Early 4 their time the were fking brill!!!!!!

  • Loving this.

  • Never got the credit they deserved, in the Uk anyhow.

  • Top band should have been bigger than what they was!!if that makes sense!!!

  • I don't know of any 90's British Rock Act who have put some much joy and exurbarance into not just the song but the music video.

The video looks cheap but the inovation in upwards motion camera work makes the video a million dollars.

It's a performance piece by the Band; that's why it Bloody Works.

  • I saw them in concert in summer '91 in Phoenix at a huge dance club venue. They came in with the Stereo MCs, and they ROCKED THE JOINT. Absolutely wonderful time.

  • LUCKY SWINE!

  • This was when singer Mike Edwards' voice because less honeyed and more gravel-sounding. Having liked them since their masterpiece Real Real Real I've noticed!

  • I met them at a Doubt LP signing in 91 despite not being a fan and was immediately impressed by their humour and self-deprication. This is my favourite track (and single)and having seen them live in 93 at the little Marquee and then in 2005 at the Garage(only 100 odd there) they were awesome and it made me pogo like it was 1977 again (yes, I'm that old!) They were a great singles & LP band but sadly come Perverse EMI had hyped them to death and the hits dried up. Hope they reform again!

  • They pogoed in 77??!!! (I was one, sorry if that stings) I always thought it was MY generation that did that first. I knew you guys originated the slam-dancing thing..fun to learn pogoing goes further back!! Jesus Christ, mosh pits are scary as SHIT these days, I miss the shows from 89-96.

  • WeMustBeStopped..great name! You should check out Christ On A Bike, electro pop for the "cant be bovvered" generation! Yes, pog-ing, I am fairly sure, started around 1976 as a punk phenomenon caused by cramped dingy venues where the only way you could get air was to leap upwards take a gulp and slump back down. Probably the fore-runner of moshpits really but just as dangerous even without the slamming. However, long live Jesus Jones!! Guys, reform soon!

  • still rulzzz!!

  • love this sonnnnggggg!!!

  • Supercool!!!!

  • GEAR!

  • not a thing they did that i did not love.seen them loads and loved it all

  • You have to be a fool to EVER try to classify these guys a "fa..boy band". I've been a fan since I first heard "Right Here, Right Now" and just got done watching the Desert Storm and Desert Shield conflict happen hoping to see it from the other side. Now I've seen OIF 1 and OEF 4, next is to see Mike Edwards and his crew perform then I'll be a happy man. This band was a part of 90's rock that can't be forgotten, even by those who think they have...until they hear their tracks.

  • The early 90's rocked!

  • Excellent Band live in concert....Saw them in St.Louis Mo. with Neds Atomic Dustbin...

  • wow, this takes me back... never seen the video before - my fav tune on the album...

  • 1990's

  • they're not a boy band. they play their instruments and write their songs by themselves.

  • I loved these guys.

  • Jesus Jones have always been my best band, what's up wirth dissing new kids. Don't you guys remenber hangin' tough? That's a classic.

  • Maybe a classic for 1o year old girls at the time, new kids were the biggest bunch of garbage...who the hell brought up new kids anyways?

  • Vic & Bob did this on big night out. Classy.

  • Jesus Jones are from England and I remember in about 1990 the lead singer Mike Edwards dissed New Kids On The Block, saying that the were crap.

  • Well Mike was right...the New Kids on the Block WERE crap!

  • JESUS JONES

  • totally loved this band, got me into proper music after years of shit faced dance music!

THank the lord for JESUS Jones!!!!!!!

    WOOOOO HOOOOOOO

  • Are these guys still around? Oh and, er, long live the 80's is anyone still out there?

  • Worst clip ever...

  • Idiot - no class

  • I meant Yaseck was the idiot btw - not Mike Edwards; he's a legend

  • F**k you. I hate this clip, but I like JJ music. You idiot.

  • Ok thanks for clarifying (C U Next Tuesday)

  • Agreed!

  • Agreed. What a class tune & band.

  • Have you ever had 11,455 people watch anything you've ever done? They have, and I suspect you haven't. So think on.

  • Make the world swing, Baby.
