Um. The Open mouthed design was only on the Shelby AC Cobra. Which was a two door roadster. It was already resurrected as the Shelby Series I. Google it.

@ArmadeusXxC GT500KR fish mouth with a thin bumper but the Eleanor , no bumper but it incorporated 2 large driving lights , although some of these cars were fish-mouthed for racing purposes but Mr. Shelby was in a fish mouth state of mind when he sketched them , Viper ? by the same guy. & yes he had influence on the design of this latest Shelby so you see his attempt on a fake fish mouth... All I have done, is to finish what Mr. Shelby would’ve done if wasn’t for the fed regulations :-)

@luisreyes917 I wasn't trying to make an AC Cobra out of the biggest Mustang ever ,my friend ! But to recapture that 1967 Shelby GT500 Mustangs " the racing version" look ...For AC Cobra I would've used a BMW Z3 or a Mazda Miata :-)

Just imagine a Miata with a Shelby GT500 Mustang motor big tires hood scoop & role bars ...Just a thought :-)
