I see here many comments criticizing these guys. But, I don't see much difference between this train surfing and other advantageous sports, like ski jumping, see surfing etc, which are also very dangerous if you try for the very first time.

In such cases, what people do it start with small steps, and then gradually improve to bring in perfection. Also, I am sure these guys are the locals there and quite familiar with the structures (e.g. bridges, poles etc.) there.
