Hey Kyl, even if ya passed Ryan's country gutting budget, it would still leave us with debt of 23+ trillion in 2021-10 years. Is that how you plan to stop Washington's spending? You all know what the problem is, but you refuse to cut the hundreds of billions of taxpayer dollars being squandered in the hands of a few. Then there's the technology you keep from coming to market. We could come close to ending our use of oil, and the deficits that come with it if you weren't in the pockets of big-oil

The "huge" tax increases your party is denouncing are nothing more than letting Pres. @Jintsfan1966 Those tax loopholes are massive, the GOP will never give them up. Those multi-nationals ship everything overseas to tax haven countries so they don't have to pay any taxes. They even skip out on Ireland's 12% tax. Greed has taken over America. Half the elite are robbing us of billions a year in taxes, and the other half are gutting us from within with their 1+ trillion a year Defense / BS war on terror spending, which was less than 300 billion a year in 2001.

Sen. Kyl perpetuates a GOP myth in this statement - "democrats want to raise taxes and keep on spending." The "big deal" that Speaker Boehner walked away from had $3 of cuts for every $1 of revenue - and the revenue involved cutting loopholes NOT raising taxes. Are corporate jet tax breaks and subsidies to oil companies earning record profits really more important than providing Medicare assistance or money for college to the needy among us?

What I don't see the Republican party admitting is that the huge tax breaks they give to major corporations is spending. Why is is that a minority of people who have benefited so handsomely by the American capitalism don't have to pay taxes? Be fair! If you make a lot of money from this way of life, pay the taxes that support this way of living.

None of the things GOP say will work because of media bias. I have not seen any media talking about the fact President don't have any plan at all. I have never seen US media so biased. As a result, President is making a plea toward general public knowing media is on his side. Only way GOP can get out current situation is by tax raise.
