does the case scratch the phone when you slide the phone in?

Nope, no issues with my white iPhone 3GS. The case protects it and does it well!

thats a pretty sleek case. my car mount wont allow for a case tho. :(

I'd say it's time for a new case! JK, you can take the case off and still use both the car mount and case when not in the car mount
yeah but i'd really like to avoid lugging a case around tho that i'm gonna be pulling on and off. cause i know after the 5th time it'll just stay off. too bad tho cause this one's pretty. prolly my fave to date.
