  • @alexapgar4 I approve this comment lol -_-

  • Hey R.O.B. you should review Mario Kart DS. Even though it isn't retro, you should review it. I mean, you WERE in that game...

  • What's with the Japanese in the tags?

  • @ZWIGEDgames Trying to get as big an audiance as possible I guess.

  • @8BitROB But how did you type it? And do you Know what you were typing

  • i got donkey kong 2 for 50p, sadly its missing the battery cover

  • it no the dsi

  • I bought Donkey Kong and Donkey Junior for my NES, looks like i got the better deal, since it only cost £7.50 for that catridge.

  • Points for mentioning Romania :)

  • I LOVE ROB!!!! this review was funny, and i'm pretty sure ROB was happy that he got to defeat Mario in DK Jr. Nobody ever dilikes these vids, and that just show how high quality they are! :D

  • Acually in donkey kong 2 you play as donkey kong from the game donkey kong 64 and supersmash bros. In donkey kong 64 the character cranky kong is acually the one you rescue in donkey kong jr.

  • Until next time stay the f**K away from donkey king junior math

  • And use Magic Eraser on the baseboards....

  • Someone needs to vacuum, lol

  • The Atari XEGS version of Donkey kong is the best! It has all the stages :-)

  • @KetilsGEEKTV What about the arcade version?

  • @OysterBoy91 That is true! But I think the XE has the best home version.

  • Donkey Kong JR. Math is like making a game called "Halo:Hooked On Phonics"

  • i saw a Super game boy, whats that for and can you review it

  • lol..... did rob just die on a beer bottle???

  • piss funny as always ROB and a nice cheeky slice of Chuck Norris thrown in the mix to - i've hosted you in my favourite channels on my page due to the fact that your totally awesome!

  • Nice! Also, killed by a Miller High Life Beer! Thats great!!!

  • Omg it's NES Robby!

I so want that robot! xD

  • There's a potential Donkey Kong kill screen coming up, if anybody wants to see it.

  • awwww he is soo cute when he complains about lack of pie factory levels.

  • Excellent review ROB, very fair of you to score the games down on price, WTF is it with Nintendo these days..and I notice the distinct lack of Tate option on the screen ha ha. Plenty of laughs as always brother, nice one!

  • WHERE THE F**K IS THE DAMN PIE FACTORY?!?

  • You have to remember DK was released in 1983 for the Famicom,, years before the larger roms were being used. I'm guessing they also left it out to keep from pissing off arcade owners who were still earning money on DK machines at that time. If they had released a 1:1 copy of the arcade I could see a few people getting angry. Not me of course. :P

There is also DK II: Jumpman Returns, but it's not official. Great game though. Nintendo should think about porting it to WiiWare.. it'll never happen!

  • LOL@Chuck Norris :D

  • WTF IS RIGHT I didn't know about the Pie Factory.

  • im getting donkey kong jr math

  • lol

    bill gates 3 60thingamajig XD

  • @mezuki566 That's our ROB! lol What ever will he say next.

  • May all hail the all-knowing robot !

  • lol! I just cant stop laughing. ....ahahahahahaaahhahahahah!!!

  • @Mosufo Awesome! :-D Well that's me done my job :-)

  • Great review BTW.

  • I think Nintendo didn't put the pie factory stage on because they thought everybody would buy the nes game and forget the arcade. Thus the DK arcade would lose money and Nintendo probably didn't want that. That's just my theory.

  • @TheMetroidMurderer Hey, that's a good theory. You're probably right on that.

  • @8BitROB No. Actually, they DID run out of ROM space. You See, The Famicom (Japanese NES) Came Out In 1983, And So Did It's Donkey Kong Port. At That time, There Was Very Little ROM. By 1985, Technology Had Advanced Alot And So, Famicom Games Had Alot More ROM Space. So, By The Time The NES Was Out, There Was Alot More ROM Space Than When The Famicom Came Out. In Other Words, Games Like Metroid Were Made A Long Time After Donkey Kong, So They Had More ROM Space.

  • @8BitROB Actually, it is because they DID run out of ROM. The game was originally released in 1983 in Japan, before NES technology was very complicated. By the time Metroid or Super Mario Bros. 3 came out, NES technology had advanced a lot. Did you notice the graphics and amount of space in Donkey Kong and Super Mario Bros. were not as good as SMB 3 and Metroid? That's Why.

  • 2:32

    Nice camera :D

  • YOU HAVE HARVEST MOON GB BOXED!

BUT WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH DK?????!!??!?!?

  • @Bakemon13 O.o err..... nothing.

  • Im Chronically confused! Theres Donkey Kong then Donkey Kong JR then Donkey Kong 3. I mean what the heck!

  • @wesley12106 i gather that alien, aliens and alien 3 also confuses you then? lol
