I've heard something like "come with me" in the Half Life 1 and Half Life Source versions of them. Yeah these ones from Half Life 2 do sound like they're saying "help me" and "god help me".

The reason why the ''zombie'' screams things such as '' god help me '' is mostly becuse its controlled and been used by a heacrab. Also due the huge gap in the stomach which was created for the human to feed itself directly to the stomach becuse the headcrab is covering the head. Causing alot of pure pain. So the headcrab feeds the human to keep him alive becuse headcrabs cant control a dead human.

@werwolf247 i would suspect that the headcrabs somehow manipulate the musle tissue to move limbs, so they wouldn't need to be alive, just have musle tissue and bone, and from there, they would preserver the brain, and use tiny organs inside the mouth that go inside the eye holes, and control certain stimili, ordering the body to move, which could also explain the claws, where to as the headcrab mutates certain cells creating growth in the fingers! I Love Half Life 2

It cannot feed through the mouth due the headcrab is all over it. Actually the human is never dead in the first place, its only been controlled by the headcrab who has been able to take control of the host nerv system allowing to control the human and make it do whatever the headcrab wants to. So the headcrab needs to feed the human directly to stomach to keep him alive. Thats why the headcrab doesent die if you shoot the human in the stomach, the headcrab just jumps at you and keep fighting.
