I'm involved in a LOT of things, including keeping a close eye on NASA who has historically done lots of weird things (changing data, manipulating data, etc.). This video is strange because the voices repeat the same thing four times -- as if someone has hit the "rewind" button on the audio. My question: why would NASA TV do this????
