This is definitely a shell and left up to the rider to add pads and layers....i actually like this idea...use heated gear when needed, layer if needed and a decent price...Love the idea of not having to stop and put a rain liner in or use rain gear...now how will this fit a female? ;-)
The colors are a bit busy though. The court Jester comes to mind. Other than that, I like it a lot.
