when im about to go to my boxing training.

i look at this movie

and dream that i will become

a professorial at boxing

i listen to this all the time i go jog on my iphone. big motivation to help me keep going.

i got caught in a rear naked choke in practice at the gym and i could not breath. i lasted about 17 solid seconds before i went out. when i woke up i had the good satisfaction that i did not tap. i wanted to succeed badly and would not accept defeat.

@5O3PRODUCTIONS Thats being Ego. When your in a rear naked choke, tap and start over the time you spend trying to get out and the time you spend to wake up you can just tap and start over again. Its the gym afterall, save that mentality for competitions :)
