Along with Billy Joel's "my life" John Barrowman's version of this song is right up my street! I have in the past paid my dues in the misery department for far too long so it is time to stand up and say life ain't worth a damn ...........! tho my husband constantly tells me that I am my own special creation and that our daughters are so me in a smaller size! In which case surely that's a good job well done and a mission accomplished ???
Except, at one point, one of his rings broke and then he forgot where he was in his speech, and had to improvise.
And then later on, Albin and Geoges were having an argument and Georges slammed the table, and it broke and so John Barrowman got another table right in the middle of their scene. And then he had a ittle laughing fit, and the guy playing Georges wound him up about it. He couldn't stop laughing (:
Though at one point Geoges was trying to tecah Albin how to be a man. He was showing him how to eat in a manly way. He picked up croissant (rude joke) albin started stroking it, and he and everyone else on stage, had a 2 minute laughing fit!
