  • 20 min of rest in between??? that seems counter productive. a rest like that will make your body cool down and heart rate drop to resting. which means, you'll have to do a warm up and stretch all over again, wasting time. small breaks and heart rate checks are key john, one needs to be in their optimal zone the entire time. were not messing around here. get warmed up, get in the zone, and stay there, hydrating as needed and small breaks. world class trainers will tell u the same.
