best case scenario you fight it in court and eventually win and don't have to pay however get bled dry over a long period of time by City prosecutors or privately contracted legal firm. If you are going to go public with your face and graffiti especially on the internet you best have a good Civil Law lawyer in your pocket ready to fight for you. Sucks but it's the truth.... trust me on this!

Actually you only have to be caught in the act under the CRIMINAL CODE in Canada. Under the CIVIL LAW ACT you can be charged and held responsible for the clean up of everything you have been suspected of doing and a video like this is enough for a City to have grounds to pursue you legally. Worst case scenario you receive a bill and have to pay for all the work and materials for removal (amount decided by the company contracted by the plaintiff, in this case the City).

It's amazingly easy to talk shit about this guy, because he's kind of mental. But really the reason most of us come here is to see some great graffiti. And in the end that is what he showed us.
