The woman at 0:21 in the top center is Tara Orta, she has been incarcerated for Identity Fraud, Falsifying records, making and or possessing fictitious instruments, Grand Theft, False impersonation, Forgery, Unauthorized use of personal information, etc. You can find all of this out on OC Courts Criminal and Traffic cases under Tara Orta. She is currently back in Prison again X37635 is her prison ID number.
