There's too much talk about guys that only fill in the blanks for 'hotness' or 'is funny' on that job description, whereas character qualities like the ones exemplified in this video are the ones that truly matter.

i am going to have to admit, at the end, i teared up. the beauty of this story has been an echo of my heart. throughout my childhood my mother was physically abused, sexually harrased, and emotionally torn in two, that's all i knew until i was 17 years old. i am so thankful for men like you who understand, it has been such a blessing watching this man. love you brother. This is amazing! Loved every second of it. I clicked on this video and me and my sister were talking and jabbering away, and then it started, and we went silent for the rest of the video. At the end, we both said "Wow". And you know what, this video is so true. Every guy should watch "Job Description"!
