I used paprika for my CARAMEL BACON THE OTHER DAY!! (1 Cup of brown sugar, 1/2 a teaspoon of paprika, oven at 190 decree 8-9 minutes one side, add the heaven then 5 minutes, take out and...enjoy)

Oh my god! I can SOO relate to this! I have a cupboard in which I keep spices which have different names and which have been used to varying degrees over a long period of time--seriously.
