@TheScrafty 105 is slower then the HIGHLY common base 108 pokes(Infernape, Terrakion, Virizion, Cobalion, and sometimes Galvantula) as well as the even MORE commonly seen base 110 & 111 speed pokemon (Gengar, Latios, Latias, Thundurus, Tornadus, and sometimes even espeon) as well as it having a speed tie with Mienshao which zoroark cant really kill unless it has extrasensory. it just has that awkward base speed that doesnt outspeed much except for walls, but is slower then alot of other sweepers

Also about inconsistent. Its a good thing that was banned cuz bidoof could rock uber teams but i'm worried about what other abillities are going to be banned now. I'm usually against banning abillities and now that they've done it once who knows what else they might think is broken
