With his behavior the only thing that prevented him from eventually hitting someone else was his death.

@QueenOliver Like I said, "probably", implying that I don't know but I am actually stating a hypothesis based on my knowledge of how guys behave when they are drunk in a car driving around and from knowing the personality of Ryan Dunn from Jackass I can make a pretty educated guess that the guy he was hanging out with was like a lot of people I know. That's how I "know".

I just got finished with a vehicle law course in college and the skid marks on the street and the way that car is torn up into shreds validate the fact that he was going at least 80MPH. He was drunk and at fault. Sad story of another person who drank and drove.
