Oh, and the FairTax proposal is esentially a supply side version of the old 30% consumption tax proposed to congress four years ago. Huckabee has endorsed the elimination of the capitol gains tax with no replacement if the FairTax does not get passed, hardly a liberal on federal taxes.

The Cato institute has a template that is misapplied to the state government and would have given Reagan an F as his record was almost identical with Huckabee's.
Attacking the Cato Institute will get you no where in conservative circles. The Cato Institute is a think tank of the greatest conservative minds. One of my good friends worked for Cato, who actually at first was going to go campaign for Huckabee then realized his fiscal record. Read the Arkansas Leader it will help get a better grasp of Huckabee's fiscal performance.
Also, I don't think Kudlow actually read Huck's article, as his attack on it was totally baseless. Huckabee actually has a "no duh" point that he made against the current administration. I don't think they would say the same thing about John Bolton even though he holds the same position as Huckabee on FP.
I don't think either of these guys actually understand Huckabee's economic stand. They outright lie about him. Hewitt is known to have been bought by Romney.
Huckabee will drive the economy into the ground.

Some rationale would be in order. Go to the Cato Institute or the Group for Growth. They might be able to help you with Huckabee's fiscal policy.
