nice sounds are the chips easy to install to non dcc types eg: mainline - airfix all gwr loco's i have over 100 and was thinking of doing a dcc layout but the price and lack of info on dcc installing of the chips and sounds to these engines puts me off a bit.

@aschliov Easy to install on a dcc, but to convert a Analogue to dcc is more of an expert`s job ...there are people out there who do it.

Could you please help me I use a dynamis E-Z control and am having difficultly programming the loco's then changing the loco number. I've only just got back into the model trains and I am new to the digital way, bwt you have a pretty good set up and locos 5*.

Thanks for your comment, they do a good job @Olivia`s but it`s not cheap, best thing i think is buy a new one from them then they will re blow it with there sound, and then you can have the bass speakers fitted.

Thank you, yes this is my other hobby and it is nearly as expensive as Koi Carp, There is a project for you, a koi Pond with a outdoor Railway running round,Would keep the Koi amused.

I had the sound chips fitted by Olivia`s of Sheffield , I shall try myself one day , but I think you just replace the decoder with a sound one and fit a speaker, you can find Olivia`s on ther web site, just key in Olivia`s trains.
