  • i play outdoor roller hockey in the summer, when its regularly around 90 degrees and often over 100 if you take into account the heat index. I usually take like 3-4 huge bottles of water to hydrate myself with, its crazy how much having just a few sips of water can re-energize you.

  • As a former wrestler and Texas football player, I know how this guy feels. Utter misery!! What I am really suprised they didn't mention is how much easier it is to again get heat stroke once you have already had it. Cool stuff though. No idea how that worked until I watched this. One of the best ones I have seen them do.

  • This test is really stupid. You can tell that he was more familiar with the course the second time, and you can't just go by what two tests say. You have to do at least 3-5 tests for each one to get a good statistical benchmark for each test.

  • I dont know if youve ever run for an hour before... But your legs get tired, your body feels heavy, plus he didn't get to refuel and take a drink like you would. Even with the weight loss you would struggle. Any normal human would probably have died half way through the damn run. This happens to be one incredible exception. Let's see you exercise until you lose 14 pounds and then run raster than you did well rested? Dumbass.

  • @SoulOfMasterDragon not any human most wrestlers have to go through this and some have to loss close to 15 pounds the day before their match and have to keep it off for the day off.
