This happened to me once. It was a modded server where everything we shot set on fire. Then the glitch started. Eventually we just walked away, and the witch music kept playing throughout.

I was actually in an unreachable place for awhile, but eventually had no choice but to get killed and respawn.

From what I know, a witch can lose a target without death. In programming the witch is supposed to lose targets only with death, so if they don't die and lose a target I believe the game classifies the witch as dead... therefore damage doesn't apply to it, like a dead body.

Y'see, I wasn't there to see what they did, but I'm sure one of them startled the witch by setting her on fire.. then I believe they confused her. And after that, I guess they just chased her around and continued shooting at her and what not---but she would just not die! And this is on the 360.. I never knew you could get glitches like this on the Xbox. Guess I was wrong. P:

I have no idea if there is an easier way, but my way of doing it, is signing in and out of a game, after spawning as a Hunter, and you'll automatically spawn another hunter as you enter the game. I have yet to learn an easier way, if there is one. P: But I've spawned three hunters (me as one, two as AIs). xD; It was great.

If it's happened to you, then I'd say yes. But this video was taken from a public server, and we inadvertently tried to cr0wn and set her on fire at the exact same time.

Do you know if the server was modded or if it was stock? And did you have this issue on any of the other witches in that run?

The server was normal, and all other witches were normal. This happened after two of us incidentally tried to molotov and cr0wn a witch at the exact same time.
