b) Russia is doing very well, every shipyard is fully booked building submarines or warships, China is booming, multiplying forces each year, both are practically strategic partners

b) It's easy to grow when your gdp/capita is $10,000. China is booming from ghost towns and devaluation of its currency. Chinese subs and J20 are decades behind Russian and US counterparts
