How to install and FIX univeral remote on 3.90 m33 psp

psp white is psp slim.

sorry but you need psp phat which is a black one like what he has. good thing for me because i have a slim and a phat lol =P

hey man i did eveything u sayed.. i went to recovery mod and switched from 3.90 to 1.50 and i see the start up thingy but the file below it says currupted data.... i gave 3.90m33-5

yea it should have a corrupted file below..i believe thats normal :) just follow the steps correctly and u should be fine

Quick question, I'm running 5.00 m33. How do I get it to work on mine, I've got the 1.50 kernel on the psp as well.

i did everything u directed and it doesnt work. when i startup the Infared remote it starts and then 5 seconds later its says it cant be turned on. Does it have to do with the fact that i have 3.90 m33-3?

u have to turn it on in recovery mode

and the install is supposed to write a buncha stuff, u just have to wait till its done

what do you mean by puting it onto your root??

root is the main page when you open up the memory stick (where it has like music, video, photo, PSP, Game, etc.) opening page is the "ROOT"

the 1.5 is just a add-on for the 1.,5 kernel..so it does nothing :)
