  • I spent $40 on a self-help book on 'How to Stop Ruminating'. The book sucks, now I just sit in a corner reflecting over and over on how much money I wasted on the book, what a waste, I can't even take it back, it's cut me up

  • I had to replay this video six times because my mind kept wandering to a thought I was ruminating on. Lulz.

  • i know a guy who ruminates. however, he pukes in his mouth then swallows it. that is rumination as well. sick huh?

  • I have found I had a history of rumination, what I found that ended up helping, was bioidentical hormones (BHRT). 90% of my rumination stopped. BHRT also helped my depression, anxiety, cognitive thinking, and many more. I got my life back. Amazing from just a cream. Thanks for your videos!

  • Medication is not the answer@ If you "can't stop" worrying then you need to get out of your head, get "grounded" as it were. This is better done, I think, via exercise, mediation, and activities that absorb your full attention. Afterwards, it will be easier to get in touch with your intuition and true emotions, and these can then guide you toward a solution to you problem.

  • We don't have psychiatrists or medication in the UK, so we are doomed to keep suffering our ruminations!

  • i just cant stop ruminating. i just run all the bad things that happened to me over and over its a living hell.
