I tried to see the sun around 10:30 am for 3 seconds. At the beginning it looks like a mission impossible but on those 3 seconds I coud easily see the round shape!
PS: I still recommend to begin to stare the sun on the first and last hour. Sun set and dawn. Maybe later on .. any time that the sun is high on the sky.. (from my experience: within 4 seconds)

If i practice sungazing but can't do it daily because of my country's climat, do I still increase 10 seconds per session, even if its a week between them? Can I gaze with shoes on, in the winter? And when I'm full (9 months or so, 44 minutes), can i continue the daily practice? Feels sad to suddenly stop because you're "fully charged", I'd like to keep it up if it's safe :)

I've been sun-gazing for almost two years now and can gaze for at least an hour without any squinting. The only times I have found it should not be done are between 10:00am and 2:00pm in the afternoon. I am usually gazing from 2:30 to 4:00 in the afternoon and have increased my immunity to all disease. But more importantly, the heart chakra that coincides with the frequency of Universal love has greatly opened and increased via sun gazing.
im still concerned that the volcanos will block our sun for 18 months from ash in the sky soon,then we wont be able to gaze,so back to the energy,the food and water that the sun provides its energy through...ramtha channel taught this for these days to come...
@leahcimrac rock on brother, Today is my second day of it. Yesterday at work after my first session, I could see slightly less blurry and definetly more color pretty much the entire afternoon. (Ive got pretty bad vision.) With the rate my sight is declining, id probably be half blind by 30. But my vision has improved in one day!
@djfeas001 The sun is where its at dude. All life comes from it and its not about to do any damage to us. I have very bad photophobia (light sensitivety) so i've spend most of my life avoiding the sun, but the sungazing is slowly taking it away and giving me colourvision which i've never had either. Its a powerful thing. I'm at about day 10 day, I'm not really counting. i just do it until i feel strain and then i stop.
@leahcimrac yep i know the feeling, im pretty fair complexion, freckles and sun burns and all. i have to remember at will it to be that the sun wont cause me a bad sun burn however. had a pretty good sit out today. feelin great! with all of this sun learning and training, im really learning great appreciation and respect for the sun. and i think that is a vital thing to have.

My pleasure. I am used to sun living in south africa, but not gazing directly at it. for two mornings i gazed directly. wonderful. yesterday afternoon the sun was sinking and i looked at it for about 4 seconds and the eyes said a big no.
my son (who is also taking it up) pointed out to me that it was sinking beyond a hill and thus it was not the natural horizon. amazing what a difference that first or last hour makes.

Today after the gazing I close the eyes and I could see the diamond shape, which was an upside down pentagon.
