Read how James and the Nazarene "Pillars" grant Paul permission to relax the circumcision requirement for gentiles "to enter the synogogue ON THE SABBATH as was done in Moses' day" to come to G-d. James goes on to say that the laws of Noah (refraining from fornication, blood, things strangled) must be kept.

@Adonomos Act 15:21, and indeed the entire passages in Acts relating to what is required of (gentile) in order to come to G-d. It is very clear about the relative importance of circumcision. Clearly the 10 Commandments and Laws of Noah are the most important. I believe that James intended the relaxation of the circumcision requirement to be a temporary concession to enable more gentiles to become believers in Jesus. A grown man would not want to be circumcised. That would be for his sons.

Apostle Paul teaches us circumcision has no value now.
Apostle Peter teaches us that he has witness the Holy Spirit is upon uncircumcised.

@Adonomos Again, you misinterpret Paul's letters and Paul never even met Jesus. Jesus would never have approved such Roman / Papal interpretations ill conceived long after Jesus passed on. Act 15:21 says plainly what is required of the gentile ON THE SABBATH DAY. No Sabbath, no come to G-d, no come to Jesus.

I've never been able to wrap my mind around the biblical notion that if you don;t do as God supposebly wants you to do that we will be met by his wrathful or vengeaful actions. I'm sorry but the Creator of all of Life is wayyyyyy beyond the petty jealousy's and ego filled vendettas that humans are so capable of.
