I always imagined them getting back together.I mean, they look great, cole is hot, ans kind of a badass wich is perfect for phoebe. The episode where we find out that Cole had send that guy ( I don't know his name, he was a demon but was turned human for 1 year and he was a teacher in magic school) to show Phoebe that love still exists and that he will be always watching her is so sad. It makes me almost wanna cry. Cole is actually a good guy, he's only been fooled and tricked by evil.
