people ask here how you do that kind of damage to your vehicle. well.. :D the easiest way of totally twisting your vehicle is the swingset glitch. Just search in youtube for "gta 4 swingset glitch" or something like that, see a video where this glitch is performed and try it yourself! ^^ (it's pretty damn hilarious too, i once got a Coquette to be incredibly flat xD)
