i love how athena appreciates what a woman goes through when she is pregnant and all she does for the baby during the pregnancy, before the "real work" begins of having to wake up in the middle of the night. no one else seems to understand that women go through a tough time while she is pregnant too

I'm not sure if anyone has mentioned this in a previous comment, but when I was in massage school we learned to put a pillow between the client's legs in order to support the hips. Otherwise, great video! Learned some great stuff! :)

@SeeBillyRun - Ever listen to a pregnant woman? Do just what she says regarding her body. - Actually it is mentioned, regarding the back... Too much pressure on the lower back. There's already enough stress pressing down and out to the front. Putting stress on the back would be pretty painful. I don't understand the issue with staying away from the ankles, though... My (ex) wife wanted nothing but foot massages throughout the pregnancy (bloating).

It bugs me when you hear you shouldn't do something, but a reason is never given e.g. the ankles. I'm not sure if you watch The Simpsons? There is an episode where Ralph & Bart get in trouble for going into Chief Wiggum's closet. Wiggum turns to Ralph & says, "You know you're not suppose to go in there.
