Crappy claw.

When the claw is dropping, the claw is open.
When it reaches the bottom, the claw can close , but with very little force.
If it does close fully, it locks with more force.
But if it does not fully close, it just stays open and drops whatever is in it.
The trick is to get the claw to close fully onto a narrow section.
