The Ascent of Man - Vertical Rush 2011 Tower Run for Shelter

News! As you'll see I managed 6:58 last year but for 2012 (March 1st) I'll be running up Tower 42 nine times in succession for Shelter as a part of their 4th Vertical Rush event, trying to set a Guinness World Record for a 1Km tower climb on my way to a full Vertical Mile. That's 5,310ft, 378 floors, 8,280 steps & lots of pain! The curious can read more at justgiving. com/VerticalMile - Anyone thinking of getting involved should.
