Procut69 you arte correct. This is just an invasion of privacy. There is already a system in place to prevent this type abuse. The problem is doctors and pharmacies don't always use it. Require them to use what they have is the solution. Not writing new laws and spending million of dollars creating new isn't a solution. Thank you for the question. Bryan Wallace

im interested to know your position on sherriffs access to presciption drugs which should be an issue between a doctor and patient? and please dont give the standard "for our own good/it keeps us safer" answer ,that can only be used once and frankly that answer is used up
