  • I guess we all know which hand he whacked off with....gay fucker

  • i feel sorry that he dose not have two hand but i happy that he got out

  • aron is the correct spelling of his name

  • I honestly envy Aaron, no other person that I've ever heard of have had to go through half of the hellish things he has and still continues with his passion and keeps a smile on his face. If i accomplish anything in my life it will be to be like this man.

  • I would love to see a conversation between Aaron and the chap whose experience was dramatised in Touching The Void.

  • his balls weigh the same as the boulder.

  • Probably the dislikes peoples dont like reelrave's videos.

  • He dosn't seems like a man you was trapped in blue john canyon for 6 days.

    What a personality (:

  • He suffered and was on the brink of death his story is so emotional and he shud be a role model to everybody whos heard his story. How can you sick people dislike this?

  • Things like this make me feel like a selfish brat for some of the things I worry and care about.

  • This is a brave man!!! cutting his arm and everything...takes a lot of courage. I watched the movie and couldn't believe it... hope he is enjoying a great life!!

  • The vulture made 10 accounts and disliked this. Aron, you are a hero

  • Oh my gosh, he's too adorable.

  • on the other hand...uh

  • He's so beautiful. His personality is so lovable. Calm and cool, even though the man's been through so much. wow. This is a true role model, a real person, not some shitty hollywood celebrity. RESPECT!

  • @Akiithebest I know, he seems like a cool guy

  • He seems so calm about the whole experience! He's balance times itself. Beautiful!

  • Sick people disliking this vieo!

This man has a dream of exploring and when the wrost thing possible happens, his will live caused him to cut his own arm off.

i have the up respect for this man! he's an insperation

  • this guy has balls of titanum with some gold and platinum...this guys has my respects!

  • i know that there are always dislikers, but seriously, who would dislike this?

  • he looks like mathew lewis (neville longbottom in Hp)

  • Press 4 on your keyboard

  • There is no power greater on this earth than the will to live

  • @TyVlog i would say the power to keep someone who is the most dearest to you alive, excluding you, is greater

  • i like him very :D hehhe

  • I love this man. So wonderful!

  • Haters look at the dislike bar now look at your penis no diffrent am i right?

  • who disliked this? for real?

  • I read your book, saw the movie twice, saw this video twice, and i still can't realize what you've been through. an amazing story which will come with me all of my life.

  • @39slickrick stfu

  • @39slickrick Wow I don't know what place you live in where 4-year-olds climb dangerous rock walls, but the authorities there should really do something about that.

  • @39slickrick are you fuckin high? just hold a blunt knife to your arm now an feel the smooth scratch wich can barley break the skin. not to mention not eatin of drinkin for 5 days an havin to break TWO bones.

im sure everyone would think bout what they would have to do but 90% of people wouldnt/ couldnt do it.

and climbing of rocks like a 4 year old? what the fuck? climbing is a sport for people to get closer and acctuly see the world from difrent perspectives. its a sport all around the world!

  • hey everyone, The 8 people who disliked this video, need some friends help them out

  • It's so cool that he could take himself away enough to watch it as an almost objective viewer but still with his perspective. Great interview.

  • Real OG!

  • If I had extreme pain in my arm for a half hour, having to stand for six days, no sleep for six days, no food for five, no water for three, and then had to break two of my bones in my arm, cut it off, travel deeper into Blue John and at the end, one-armed, jump down a six floor drop (with the ropes and stuff, of course),

and then finally have help, I'd be... I don't think I could ever understand what he went through. I think I'd regret not telling anyone where I went, but, just glad to be alive.

  • Isn't it Aron and not Aaron? I'm pretty sure it's with one 'a'... kind of like some people have no 'h' in John/Jon.

  • @columbus8myhw That's correct. It's Aron.

  • I had the opportunity to hear a conference of this amazing man, is incredible how he talk about his experience, Aaron really chance my life thank you so much, how he said, is not about who you were is about who you are, I'm going to follow my dreams and do what I love, now I know is not imposible :D

  • No one can ever understand what this man went through... :(

  • I once had a splinter stuck in my finger for about a month. One day I was washing my hands and the splinter fell out. It was the most harrowing month of my life.

  • did aaron ralston saw off his arm in real life

  • @SuperGuy7965 yes

  • @SuperGuy7965 he cut off his arm with a dull knife after breaking his radius and ulna it took him over an hour.

  • @killoger i no this dude, i watched the movie

  • @SuperGuy7965 then why would you ask such an asinine question? oh this is the time you say it was a joke.

  • Great questions and even better answers. Was expecting Aron to politely endure another banal movie interview, but this was great.

  • my comp just glitched up and everything that is red went blue and ity looked awsome youtube should change to blue.

    ps.

    Aaron Ralston is awsome

  • awesome movie!!!!!

  • @nanny600 Uh, no. It was very accurate. And James Franco was perfect to play the part.

  • wow, i can't believe its

  • He cut off his entire arm

  • @breeeegs he cut it off at the wrist

  • There isn't any procedure that can provide an amputee with an authentic flesh and blood arm. Although they already have face transplants, so who knows, maybe in the near future medical technology will be advanced enough to replace missing limbs with real ones

  • @breeeegs I saw a lady on.... Um cnn i think that had a double hand transplant! Crazy stuff

  • Not as crazy as the full face transplants that are being used now. There was a a marine who had just the first full face transplant...and I think the woman who was mauled by a chimpanzee has had one, or is going to

  • Comment removed

  • when i watched the movie, i just couldnt believe its a true story.

  • @HeadHipHop stop spamming

  • PEOPLE perfer gangster lorrtery ticket movies then this haha its sad :) the world getting immature.

  • You could never complain about your day to this guy could you?

"Man my boss is such an ass, he's making me do all this work on my small salary"

"Yeah well I had to amputate my own arm off with a blunt pen knife"

Nonetheless this guy is a legend and I hope good things come his way.

  • @Fletcher4256 He did it with a sharp, but smaller blade, not blunt.

  • @barrab it wasn't really sharp, sharper but still not sharp

  • i love this movie. especially the end because hes just so happy to be out and to meet people. james franco is the best actor

  • 8 people who disliked this are the vultures that never got to eat...............gworn arron ralston

  • this guy is the real chuck norris.

  • Cried at the part where he tells about his actual experience and describes it as euphoric. During the movie I was so engaged with the character that I felt the boulder was the enemy. What a unique person Aron must be able to view the boulder as a good thing, something to help him achieve his goal of freedom. What a rare, positive perspective.

  • this guy is a stooopid newb that cut his laggy arm off! lawlz!

  • @akacpkiller21 well you're an ass :(

  • that guy is so brave to talk about this event that happened let alone do it.

Aaron Ralston you are a ledgend.

  • he's kind of cute :)

    :/

  • @xBieberbaby6x oddly enough you are not the first girl to say that

  • seriously badass motherfucker doesn't even begin to describe this guy... he's on a whole other level. there needs to be a new term to describe the level this guy is on.

  • @ChelseaBobcat Someone said he should get balls of the century award-that sounds right ;)

  • @mindylinky haha YES! that's perfect!

  • please 127 likes :)

  • i love in the movie how he actually laughs and whoops with joy because he was able to break the bones in his arm and can now successfully amputate his arm. totally gives you such a perspective for what the experience was like.

  • He´s cute ;)

  • this guy is a hero...

  • @offspringrlegendjd

Kindly explain. HOW is he a hero? I admire him, but he only cut himself free, that doesn't make 1 a hero.

  • @chesney121 yeah i guess so, he didn't do anything for anyone else, but still. he is an amazing inspiration, i would never of been able to brake my arm twice and then cut it off...

  • @chesney121 He was a search and rescue volunteer. Cutting his arm off doesnt make him a hero, it means he has great survival instincts, but volunteering to help save ppl's lives doesnt make you a hero in your eyes?

  • He must love living.

  • Real life Nathan Drake

  • @CreativeGuyKyle Nathan drake wouldnt get caught in that in the first placee. this dude is amazingg thoughh

  • He looks a little like Ben Affleck in this interview

  • Oh, how I would die to meet him! This man is beautiful in every way, such an inspiration...I can't even comprehend....

  • i love in the movie how he actually laughs and whoops with joy because he was able to break the bones in his arm and can now successfully amputate his arm. totally gives you such a perspective for what the experience was like.

  • @inktable He was that happy in real life-amazing to think about

  • BALLZ OF STEEL!

  • i do wish i had this guys courage though it is very inspiring.

  • come on...get off your high horse interviewer. if i was interviewing him i would just be like ok, "first off, you have the biggest set of man marbles i have ever seen"

  • @matthewjamal Ahehehe

  • wow; amazing.

  • He's no John Wayne Bobbit.

    Seriously he is a warrior.

  • Probably the greatest man alive, i mean how can u be so brave?, being able to not give up and then cut of your arm, awww damn, its even hard to think about it, he's strong, so strong, cant really discribe how strong he is

  • @TheSalma4ever that means u have not learned nothing from the movie as u called ur parents motherfuckers

  • ironic: the boulder was the problem AND the solution

  • I was never more impressed with someone like Aron. After I watched 127 hours, I promised myself when I get a son I call him Aron

  • @cbarrett34 Actually, there was a concert in his honor held after his escape that raised money for the search and rescue teams. It's mentioned in the book

  • Omg my name is Aron spelled the exact same way and my mum gave me the biggest hug one night when i got home from work balling her eyes out. :( She said aprreciate every you have because one day you will open yours eyes and it will be gone :( I love you Mummy x

  • i honestly didnt know about this story, and after watching 127 hr i was curious and did my research about Aron. All i need say is wow this guy has some cojones to do what he did i'm still speechless. So nothing glad i saw this movie and learn to no forget some we all forget and is to never give up and to tell Aron if you ever see this comment god bless you and keep up man life is a journey peace :)

  • Interviewer's voice is really annoying

  • he's amazing 4 wha he did his will 2 survive is wha amazes me n it still didnt stop him he still does all that climbing !

  • he's cute

  • @LuluHeeNim I watched somem other clips about him-girls seem to like him-hehe ;)

  • @mindylinky hehe..because he looks like a movie star! who needs a hand when u look like this? =)

  • @TheSalma4ever I'm with u on that, hey guys can cry too! I balled my eyes out when he shouted at the end to the hiking family "HELP ME!"

  • @matthewosterloh I thought I was the only one who cried at that part :'(

  • @mindylinky ok maybe "cry" was a poor choice of words...got slightly tearful more like it :P

  • Aron, just watched the movie about your life. Awesome! And I thought: "a heroic story for human race!" Your son will always have very, [...], very proud of you!

  • 0:27 It looks as if Aron is thinking, "Yup, I'm famous and James Franco played me in a movie. That is very true, and I'm proud of it."

  • dsfser.nl/127hours.html HD and better STREAM

  • awesome that his 'doing an interview' prosthetic is a bad ass hook

  • i heard that when james se's the big scooby doo in the canyon, that aron ralston actually saw a giant 6 foot raven about to eat him

  • i cry when i saw this film. i feel it. We missed a lot of thing in my life because our choices. We have to chance and love more and more. "Love u guys"

    Thank James Franco. You're amazing.

Keep going with your dream, Aron Ralston. We wish luck and smile to u and ur family.

  • Still wonder how the hell this movie did not win the Oscar? Seriously.............

  • @AceHalford I agree, though, being just nominated Oscar is a huge accomplishment.

  • @Raptorhide That is true, but although it was a very close Oscar with Inception and King's Speech nominated too, although I wanted Inception to win, King's Speech really did deserve it, great movie, Inception was beyond imaginable and 127 Hours was an artistic beauty

  • @AceHalford the kings speech deserved it though

  • @lleo11 That is true, Kings Speech was a very very good movie, Colin Firth deserved his win too

  • @AceHalford was good(veryyy),but not great. Neither was this, very good, not awesome.

  • @AceHalford Exactly! I watched it tonight. Movie was amazing so pissed I didn't see it in the theaters

  • @crit1227 Well if it didn't win best movie, atleast James Franco deserved the best actor

  • He does still have the knife! He talked about it on 60 Minutes!

  • I wonder if he still has the knife

  • @TheSalma4ever Nothing compared to what Ralston went through!!! :P

  • @TheSalma4ever were u grounded? lol

  • keep pressing 3 for knife knife knife knife....

  • @cefanine bitch

  • @cefanine who are you

  • such an amazing movie :)

  • @HolzoWolzo agreed

  • Amazing ..just one word

  • It's amazing how he talks about the whole experience so calmly. When he talks about James portraying it, it's like the events didn't even happen to or affect him at all... what strength this guy has, physically and emotionally.

  • hes so inspiring not to cut my arm off but to be a better person and i dont know why...

  • this guy is boss awesome ninja

  • this guy is boss awesome ninja

  • wonder how often he tells this story

  • @termodox enough to make him smile about it i think.

  • @termodox the icebreaker at the dinner table of all-time right here! aron is the MAN.

  • someone should make a sequel called 127 hours 2: aw shit not again, this time he gets his other arm stuck haha, I know thats horrible but its kinda funny

  • @projectbluebook not at all man. You go cut your arm off. He's not laughing at this terrible event.

  • @pezzzado31 That noithing to be liked.Jeeze man really!?!?

  • @GrainedODST101 your one of the dislikers thaths why u say that

and its just a joke anyways

  • @pezzzado31 or wasted one second of their 127 hours

  • i would have chew my hand off if don't have a knife.

  • @jojoinhere Lol

  • WHEN I SOMETIMES HAVE A SCRATCH ON SKIN ACCIDENTLY AND IS IN PAIN, I THINK OF THIS FILM AND THINK THAT THIS SCRATCH IS NOTHING COMPARED TO WHAT HE DID AND MY PAIN GOES AWAY!!

  • he got guts ,you know breking not one two bones, and cutting his arm whith a cheap knife amazing, thats takes courage

  • @greatchill69 True but most of the feeling was gone becaus he has been stuck there for 6 days.

  • this guy is my hero cutting his arm whit a cheap knife, damn!!!

  • He's talking about the movie as if it's not about him......I love IT!!!
