Jazy1993 naruto didnt take the pein away from her. the pain just ran closer to nagato to get more chakra u dumshit. naruto(beast mode) only saw pein moving so he targeted him.

look!!!! if you remember when naruto was in four tails form, sakura went to try and help him, but he attacked her and almost killed her, but now that hinata was in front of pain naruto attacked pain from the side, that's because naruto's care for hinata has even reached the kyuubi, and then the kyuubi took pein far from where hinata was, so none of the two would hurt her. naruto really cares about hinata!!.

@Jazy1993 well, not really, naruto cant control it, and he went 4 - 8 tails willingly, he said it in the anime in latest episode. Hinata wasnt getting attacked or anything because she was already down, naruto/beast mode wouldnt go for her, naruto woulda just went for pain because hes the only one fighting and targeting naruto.

Sakura was hit because she tried to stop naruto from going crazy.

Hinata however wasnt, she was already knocked out by pein and not moving.

what i mean is that the Kyuubi attacked pein from the side, Hinata was in the middle of them and if the kyuubi would had attacked by the front that would had definitively killed hinata, but instead the kyuubi attacked pein from the side, reflected shinra tensei and the took the battle away.

I may not been notice but when Naruto broke the sealing neckless, from 1:23-2:06, he went AROUND Hinata's body...and faced aside of Hinata's body to counter Shinra tensei, then moved away from Hinata to avoid his next blow. At 4:02, though it looks like Hinata isn't there, Naruto seems to shielding something, and his tails are out of site. Bet Sakura wishes the same...Too Bad for her, but Hinata is Naruto's forever!

That could be a chain reaction if both events happen at the same time with the bodies of God realm and nagato dying together and Naruto will see peace between villages and no war not the peace of attacking people and sending innocents to kingdom come. If both were to happen the other bodies of pain will be taken to study in konoha since Naruto had left those corpses for the ino shika cho clans.
