the backs aer not the same..the F40 has a glass fast back..and the exhaust is triple in the center..the F50 is quad tips..and the F40 was a 2.8 litre V8 turbo..the F50 was a 4.7 litre V12..might have been a 4.5 but regardless..you get the point..the F50 was not turbocharged from ferrari though

It's the Koenig Ferrari F50 Twin Turbo. The F50 does not make such a popping sound from the shifts - that's the wastegate on the turbocharger that makes a sound of such volume and whoosh. Just check the koenig-specials dot com. 850hp, 0-60 in 3.0, and top speed of 231mph. Although, as you pointed out, the F50 is pretty good as it is.

They modify a preexisting F50, adding Twin Turbos, an aerodynamic improvement package, and replace some of the metal with carbon fiber, among other things. The Koenig doesn't have the Prancing Horse on the rear. Just check koenig-specials dot com.
