As far as I can see, this service costs $25.00 per month and I have to go through a whole dialing process to make a call. This is far from free.

@rocketshots well for some people, 25.00 a month opposed to the 50-100 they pay for going over their minutes, sounds like a pretty good deal to some. You have to add all the loose ends in before you think it's a bad concept, because I know plenty off people who can't afford the more expensive package for more minutes (sometimes as much as 50 dollars more) that would jump all over this.
