New games and their music are more of a "I heard that before" kind of feeling but Old school games music will always be a "I know what game that song is from!" kind of feeling. XD

Nice list....though there are many better mega man x songs. In my opinion boomer kuwanger and storm eagle, zeros first theme and some other music from that game is better...Not as well made at all times, but catchy!

Okay before another person slams MiotaLee about the age; let me explain. What he means by his comment, is that due to our games today, Mass Effect, Call of Duty, God of War, etc. etc, games now have become graphic junkie, violent worthy and hard drive killing. Back then, all you had is good 32-16 bits with midi music sounding, that made everlasting tunes all the way til' today. He means, with the games we have today, compared back then; it's a surprise that teens will like retro games.

Great list, i do disagree with the Zero theme being number 1 but it's your opinion. I have to say that music from old school games are better than games now. Need to get myself some new SNES games, such an amazing console if not the greatest (there's a great topic for discussion there)
