I don't think I have ever even eaten eggplant.. I think my mom cooked it once when I was little and i tried it and thought is was slimy or something and never have had it since.. I need to try this.. Looked really good!!
That's pretty much how I make mine only I add lots more seasoning...like garlic and onions. did u see how I made lasagna from scratch? It's very tasty too. lol
