just watched the Chantal version and yes, I like yours better. Peter Paul and Mary BEST, but Chantal just seems gorgeous and self-indulgent - not much meaning behind the words.

Hey, hey, hey... what happened to that sexy, quirky, stylistic, left handed ballet?

You inspired me to listen to the Chantal version... Her timing is funky, but it works quite nicely. You have a penchant (and flair) for syncopated tunes. I feel inadequate. I still can't get the timing of the bass on "Love Song" or Intro to "Bad Day."

This was the first song I learned to play on the guitar when I was a kid. You did it justice and brought back some fond memories. Thanks for sharing!
