@mmcdermott2 well i am glad you enjoyed that. like i have said before the dudes that sold me this said they were bhut and come take a bite and you will believe in the bhut.
These are caribbean habanero from the looks as I've been growing them for about 10 years. On a side note I also grow the true Bhut Jolokia, Naga Morich, Trinidad Scorpion, Trinidad 7Pot/Pod, all of which are the hottest of the hot, with the Scorpion on top for throat searing pain :)
WheresJapan, pm me bro and I'll send you some real seeds for free
Yeah, gonna have to agree with Rockabilly. Those are NOT Bhut Jolokia plants. Look more like regular habanero seeds. I have been jipped by someone on Ebay as well. Just because they SAY they are Bhut seeds/peppers doesnt mean that they ARE Bhut. Not trying to be mean man.
If you would like REAL Bhut plants, seeds, or peppers, pm me and I will GIVE you the real deal. I can give you red bhut seeds, chocolate bhut seeds, or yellow bhut seeds.
Im sorry to say this, but the two plants you have in those pots are not bhut jolokia. You might either have a trinidad scorpionor or 7 pot peppers. Still pretty hot though, but its not a bhut jolokia. Thanks for posting
@rockabilly well here is the thing i bought them on ebay and they said they were bhut jolokia. i also have three plants in the ground that have the long shape to them. from my understand the bhut jolokia is quite variable so my bhut plants in the buckets may very well be bhut jolokia plants that are of the rounder variety. they most certainly are not the scorpion ones and i had a mexican that speaks minimal english give one of these a go and he said to my friend that they were mucho hot. thanks.
Trust me not a bhut. Google chiligrower...lots of members that will hook you up with bhut joloki
