WOW you guys really got dumped on , what state do you live in, or are you our Canadian friends. when I lived in Barry Vermont, wow now they got the snow and cold.We don't get the same amount here on Ohio Due to our location.Now watch this winter we will really get it.Thank for posting love your dogs my sister she has a alaskan malamute. we live in southern pennsylvania. hot in summers, cold in winters! not much snow lately, but now and then, we can get some good ones! thanks for the comments!

Man, I love malamutes, they're not those dogs that people can get bored of when they grow up, they never cease to be entertaining!

no, they are the same breed of dog, the woolier one is just that, the wooly version of the alaskan malamute. today, they are just about the same weight, but he looks much bigger because of all the fur. we are asked that a lot!
