Why Philippines didn't recognize Sultan Sulu is the sultan of Sulu or Mindanao?
Did the Sultan Sulu or Sulu government have the sovereign state?
Why Sultan Sulu didn't appeal to ICJ (international Court Justice) about their demand on Sabah?
Lastly, Sabah is a sovereign under MALAYSIAN government enshrined in Malaysia state constitutions, why their can even think to demand it?
